If you ever like office 2016 or office 2013 you will definitely love office 2019 portable version, because it is the updated version of office 2016 with a combination of previous and new features. like you will find all the features of office 365, plus improved touch and inking features. OneNote is still optional with 2019 version. soon you will see that Microsoft will make it as the part of Windows 10 as its default apps.
